"Chef Du Jour 2012" @fennsquay Restaurant

A few months have past since we held the first Chef Du Jour in Fenns and what an event it was !! Our two chefs Jeni Pim & Paul Callaghan were great to be the first to take on the challange of producing and serving a four course meal to the paying guests.





so the question is who is going to take on the challange of creating a 4 course seasonal menu ????
The compition is open to amateur cooks who have always wanted the chance to get to spend a day in a professional kitchen and produce there own menu under the guidence of myself  and the team @fennsquay .
At the end of the evening you will be announced to your guests and given your star rating by our chosen judges 

contestants must be over 17 years of age
menus must be well thought out and be within a reasonable budget
the compition dates are the 29th of Feburary and the 7th of March 2012

CLOSING DATE FOR MENU ENTIES IS THE FEBURARY 8TH 2012

the highest star rating will then go forward to a cook off in late April against Chef Du Jour Jeni Pimm who won 4 1/2 stars out of five !!
